These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website (https://horsemanshiphub.com) (the “Website”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Website.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your username and password. You are also responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Products and Services

We offer the following products and services on the Website:
• Events: Virtual event tickets sent via email.
• Training Videos: Streamable training videos accessible through the Website (not downloadable).
• Physical Products: Physical merchandise available for purchase with shipping or in-store pickup options.
• Directory Listings: Users can submit listings for relevant businesses and services.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices for products and services are listed on the Website. We accept various payment methods, as listed on the Website. You agree to pay the full amount for your purchases at the time of checkout.

5. Mailing List and Privacy

By emailing us to ask about events, we will keep you in the loop going forwards. We will store your details safely and securely on a password protected database and your details will not be made available to third parties. Should you no longer wish for your details to be kept on our database, please advise us by email or simply click ‘unsubscribe’ at the bottom of any of our newsletters.

6. Event Attendance

• Virtual event tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• You are responsible for adhering to any event-specific guidelines or restrictions.
• We reserve the right to refuse access to an event at our sole discretion.

RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
All parties are responsible for themselves whilst attending an Horsemanship Hub event.
In the unlikely circumstance of injury whilst at an event, this contract waivers all responsibility of Horsemanship Hub Ltd.

Horsemanship Hub Ltd. reserves the right to request that any participant leaves an event at any time, if they have just cause to believe the said participant may be at risk of causing danger to themselves or others.

Horsemanship Hub Ltd. reserves the right to request that any participant leaves an event at any time if they have just cause to believe that they are causing unreasonable disruption.

CANCELLATION
In the unlikely circumstance that an event is cancelled by Horsemanship Hub Ltd., a refund less the merchant fees taken at the time of payment will be issued to all riders and spectators.

In the unlikely circumstance that an event is cancelled by Horsemanship Hub Ltd., no responsibility can be taken for non-refundable flights or hotel bookings made.

Rider deposits are non-refundable as standard, unless the event is cancelled by Horsemanship Hub Ltd.

In the event that a participant rider or spectator can no longer keep their booking, we do not offer refunds. However all efforts will be made to fill their place. A discretionary refund, less administration fee, may be given if the place is filled.

Spectator tickets are non-refundable.

POSTPONEMENT
In the unlikely circumstance that an event is postponed, then all monies paid may be applied to the new appointment date and total fees chargeable shall be the fee which applies at that time.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION PURSUANT TO THE CONSUMER CONTRACTS REGULATIONS 2013 (Information, cancellation and additional charges):
Where this contract has been entered into as a result of any form of distance selling and the customer is a “consumer”, the customer has 14 days from the receipt of this contract to cancel it.

If you decide to cancel your attendance at one of our events, you are within the 14 day period from the time of booking and there is two weeks before the commencement of the event date, then please email info@horsemanshiphub.com and we will issue your refund, providing all conditions are met.

COMPLAINTS
Please address any complaints to Larisa Tasker and Nicole Schneider using the contact form on the related page of our website. We will endeavour to respond within 5 working days.

7. Access to Training Videos

Access to training videos is granted through your account and cannot be shared with any third party. Videos are streamed through the Website and cannot be downloaded.

8. Physical Products

• Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout.
• In-store pickup is subject to store availability and hours of operation.
• See our separate Shipping and Returns Policy for details on returns and exchanges.

9. User-Generated Content

The Website may allow you to submit content, such as directory listings, reviews, comments, or other information (collectively, “User Submissions”). You retain all ownership rights in your User Submissions. By submitting User Submissions, you grant us a non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, publish, translate, distribute, and create derivative works of your User Submissions.
You are solely responsible for your User Submissions and agree that they:
• Are accurate and truthful.
• Do not violate any laws or regulations.
• Do not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Are not defamatory, abusive, obscene, hateful, or racially or ethnically offensive.
We reserve the right to remove or edit any User Submissions that we deem inappropriate or in violation of these Terms.

10. Directory Listings

• Users are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of their directory listings.
• We reserve the right to review and approve all directory listings before they are published on the Website.
• We may remove or edit any directory listings that we deem inappropriate or in violation of these Terms.

11. Intellectual Property

The content on the Website, including text, graphics, images, logos, and other materials (the “Content”), is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit the Content, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent.
