The structure of these lessons is a little different from the others and this is because the in depth nature of the analysis requires a detailed report and progress plan from Jean Luc. The premise of each video submission is for Jean Luc to analyse the way your horse moves and provide you with a detailed progress plan to correct any bio-mechanical abnormalities that have either already caused lameness, are inhibiting performance progression (for example struggling with clean transitions or changes) or may lead to either of these things in the future.
How it works:
Step 1: Pay for your analysis and progress plan using the button below.
Step 2: For your lameness or movement analysis and progress plan from Jean Luc, all you need to do once you’ve paid is submit a video of your horse’s movement, either ridden or on the ground. If you are riding, Jean Luc will also provide an analysis of your riding and what you need to do to help the horse to move more efficiently. Please make sure your video is close range and well lit, so Jean Luc can see the co-ordination of the horse’s joints in detail. Details of here to send your video are at the top of this page.
Send us your video file (up to 30 minutes), referencing Jean Luc Cornille and your name in the subject line. You can email this to us at email@example.com or WhatsApp to 07870 808 589. We recommend using wetransfer.com to send large files by email.
Step 3: We will upload your file for Jean Luc to view and write a detailed report. You will have your report back within a week.
Ongoing: If you need further help once you have started working through your progress plan, you can email Jean Luc via this page, below. You may also want to seek interim support from Debbie Sneddon (see video lessons on Horsemanship Hub), a long term student and protege of Jean Luc’s, who will be able to look at your report and make sure you are working in the correct way, as per Jean Luc’s guidance.
